Lead For God's Sake
a parable about the heart of leadership.
Lead For God's Sake was published in 2010 and tells a story that propels readers to think deeper about their 'why'. Todd, passionate about communicating on the subject of servant leadership, has been stepping into opportunities to offer further teaching and resources to a variety of non-profit communities. It has become increasingly evident that the truth about leadership development must get into the hands of aspiring leaders while they are young. Lead23 aims to support this cause.

Our Hopes
In an effort to continue saying yes to these opportunities, we need our team to grow! We are fueled by the connections we make with so many people each year and we are seeking ways to become a ministry that offers groups access to a more long-term investment. In the years to come, we hope to develop programs and opportunities that will help come alongside individuals in their personal development after they leave an event. In addition to speaking engagements and workshops, we dream of being able to go deeper by offering mentorship, 1v1 coaching, retreats, and internship positions.
